Refunds and delivery

Every book sold on this site is a digital file. Delivery is instant and complete at the moment you pay, there is nothing to send back, and all sales are final. No refunds are issued for a change of mind, for buying the wrong role, or for buying a title you already own.

If the file did not arrive

That is a delivery problem, not a refund, and it gets fixed. Your receipt carries a permanent download link. Open it again from the address you paid with and the files are still there. If the link fails, reply to the receipt with your order number and the files are sent again. There is no time limit on redelivery.

If you were charged twice

A duplicate charge for the same order is refunded in full. Send the order numbers from both receipts and it is returned to the card you paid with.

Rights the law gives you

Some countries, including the UK and the EU member states, give buyers a period in which a digital purchase can be cancelled. That right is waived when you ask for immediate delivery, which is what checkout on this site does. Where the law gives you a right that survives that waiver, you keep it. Nothing on this page removes it.

Before you dispute a charge

If something is wrong with an order, reply to the receipt first. A delivery fault is fixed the same day and a duplicate charge is refunded, both faster than a bank dispute resolves.

What you are buying

The page count, format and contents of each book are stated on the page you bought it from, and the sample pages shown there come from the finished file. Read them before you buy.
